Rental and Concierge Services Terms
Rental Terms:
Rental Commitment: No rental commitment is created until a signed rental agreement and full payment have been received. Availability is subject to change, and reservations are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed through a signed agreement and payment.
Communication: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive emails, phone calls, and text messages from Exclusive Management regarding your inquiry and future communications about your stay. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by contacting us directly.
California Laws: This rental agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Guests agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations during their stay at any property managed by Exclusive Management.
Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California, and the judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data provided during the booking process will be used solely for managing your reservation and enhancing your stay. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in the rental agreement. Please refer to your rental agreement for specific cancellation policies and any applicable fees.
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is after 3:00PM, and check-out time before 11:00AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
Property Rules: Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and adhere to all house rules provided upon check-in. Any damages caused by guests or their invitees will be the responsibility of the guest, and repair costs will be charged accordingly.
Limitation of Liability: Exclusive Management is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by guests during their stay. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, and damages.
Concierge Services Terms:
Service Agreement: All concierge services provided by Exclusive Management are subject to availability and the terms outlined in the concierge agreement. Services are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment in full.
Scope of Services: Exclusive Management offers a variety of concierge services, including but not limited to transportation arrangements, event planning, catering, and personal shopping. Any specific requests outside the standard services may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to confirmation.
Third-Party Providers: Exclusive Management may engage third-party vendors to deliver certain concierge services. While we work with trusted providers, Exclusive Management is not responsible for the actions or quality of service provided by these third parties. Guests must agree to the terms and conditions of the respective vendors.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon confirmation of concierge services. Any additional requests or changes made after confirmation may incur extra charges. Exclusive Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel services due to non-payment.
Cancellations and Modifications: Cancellations or modifications to concierge services must be made in writing and are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in the concierge agreement. Fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation or changes requested.
Liability Disclaimer: Exclusive Management and its representatives are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred while utilizing concierge services. Guests assume full responsibility for any risks associated with third-party services or activities arranged through Exclusive Management.
Confidentiality: We value your privacy and ensure that all personal information provided for concierge services will be kept confidential. Information will only be shared with third parties when necessary for delivering requested services and with your consent.
Communication: By using our concierge services, you consent to receive communications from Exclusive Management regarding your requests, updates, and any relevant service notifications. You may opt out at any time by contacting us directly.
Termination of Services: Exclusive Management reserves the right to terminate any concierge services if guests fail to comply with the agreed terms or behave inappropriately towards staff or service providers. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
